How is your beef raised?
We source our bull calves from a trusted local dairy farm within the first week of life. After a thorough wellness check, the calves join our group pens where they enjoy grain, water, and milk until weaning. Post-weaning, they move to spacious housing areas where they roam freely. We work closely with a nutritionist to ensure every animal’s needs are met with sustainable, humane practices.
How can I purchase Prairie Raised Beef?
We currently serve the greater Sauk Prairie area. You can order our retail cuts or beef shares directly through our website for on-farm pick-up or local delivery. For in-person purchases, please call us at 608-370-3635 to schedule a visit.
