A Beef Share allows you to purchase a portion of an entire cow—either¼, ½, or a whole beef share. This gives you a variety of premium cuts at a lower price per pound than buying individual retail cuts. Plus, everything is individually packaged, butcher wrapped, and frozen for long-term freshness!

We charge$5 per pound based on the boxed beef weight, which is the actual amount of meat you take home after processing. This means you only pay for the finished, ready-to-use cutsin your freezer—no guessing based on hanging weight!
How long does frozen beef last?
Ground Beef & Steaks: Up to12 months
Roasts & Larger Cuts:Up to 18 months
